Alla Casalinga piadinas, crescioni, and lasagna are products made with certified ingredients and contain no anti-mold products, preservatives, or flavor enhancers.

The production department applies the most advanced H.A.C.C.P. hygiene rules and regulations for the EEC seal of approval.

 

After dividing the dough for the piadinas and crescioni into portions of equal size, they are passed through a dough roller and then taken to the oven for baking. When they are done, the piadinas are frozen at -18°C within a specific cooling time calculated according to the cold chain.
Before they are frozen, the crescioni are filled by hand using certified ingredients of the highest quality that give the product a delicious, unique flavor.
