Alla Casalinga, a company specializing in the production and wholesale distribution of piadinas, filled crescioni, and artisan lasagna, started out in 1985 as a shop selling fresh pasta that owner Pierina Vanella made by hand.

The product was so delicious and popular that the shop expanded and began producing piadinas, crescioni, and lasagna for wholesale distribution. Technology is perfectly combined with our passion for the delicious flavor and soft consistency of the piadinas, crescioni, and lasagna, which are made according to an old artisan method for fresh pasta and using only certified raw materials of the finest quality.

Today, Alla Casalinga is a family-run business with several employees that mainly sells its products in Italy.
